WHOSE PRODUCTS DO WE OFFER?

We offer products from a range of insurers however you will be advised if your product is offered from a limited market or single insurer. A list of insurers is available on request. We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs. This will include the type of cover you seek together with the costs.

WHICH SERVICE WILL WE PROVIDE YOU WITH?

You will not receive advice or recommendations from us for any type of non-investment insurance contract. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

WHAT WILL YOU HAVE TO PAY US FOR OUR SERVICES?

In addition to premium charged by insurers we may also make the following charges to cover administration costs and for other services provided. These charges will be advised to you where they apply.

  • Replacement/Duplicate Certificates £5

 We normally accept payment by certain credit or debit cards. You should enquire which payment options are available to you.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT?

If you wish to register a complaint please contact us. In the first instance, please contact the person you originally dealt with.  They will aim to resolve your complaint on the same day.

If you are not satisfied with the way in which the matter is handled, you are welcome to write to the Managing Director at the same address.

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, 

ARE WE COVERED BY THE FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPENSATION SCHEME (FSCS)?

We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. 

Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS.
